Oregon Beef Company’s USDA custom slaughter facility operates under their own HACCP program, reviewed and acknowledged highly by USDA inspectors. With your animals being processed at our facility with over 100 years of experience, you will receive a fresh and clean product with a better yield on your return.
Each animal is cut to the owners specifics with any cut available and is double wrapped with freezer film butcher paper and identified correctly to the specific cut. Our custom butchering times are Thursday mornings by appointment only. It is best to schedule as early in the year as possible, as the time slots fill up quickly.
Processing prices are broken down into slaughter fee, tallow disposal fee, cut and wrap, curing and wild game.
Wild Game is accepted during game season with valid Oregon Fish and Wild Life Department hunting licenses only.Oregon Beef Company also smokes jerky, summer sausage, and pepperoni per customer request in our in-house smoke facility.
